1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Domestic (Vietnam):

Standard Shipping (2–4 business days): Free for orders over 500,000 VND

Express Shipping (1–2 business days): 50,000 VND
International Shipping:

We ship globally! Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days depending on your country.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on our website or the carrier's website.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, Overtop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your shipment. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for smooth delivery.
6. Delays & Lost Packages
We work with reliable carriers, but occasionally delays or lost items can occur. If your package hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, please contact our support team at support@overtopbike.com.
